LEADERS: The Combined Strategy Game is a hybrid board-and-app strategy game where players lead nations through diplomacy, warfare, and economic development. The game combines a physical board game with a companion app that manages hidden information, resolves combat, and tracks game state. Players compete to become the dominant world power by controlling territories, managing resources, and forging or breaking alliances.

Setup

1. Launch the LEADERS app on a smart device.

Turn Structure

Each round consists of phases managed by the app:

1. Resource Phase: Collect resources from controlled territories.
2. Diplomacy Phase: Negotiate alliances, trade deals, or declare war.
3. Action Phase: Move units, build structures, recruit military forces.
4. Combat Phase: Resolve conflicts between opposing forces (managed by the app).
5. Event Phase: App-driven events that affect the game state.

Actions

• Move units: Deploy military forces to adjacent territories.
• Build: Construct buildings and infrastructure in controlled territories.
• Recruit: Train new military units using resources.
• Diplomacy: Propose alliances, trade, or war declarations through the app.

Scoring / Victory Conditions

• The player who achieves the dominant position (most territories, strongest military, most resources) at the end of the game wins.
