Historical Mystery: Bets are Made is a cooperative deduction card game in the Historical Mystery series by Hobby World. Players investigate a mystery set in a historical period, using a deck of 56 cards to interrogate suspects, examine evidence, and piece together clues. Players have exactly 24 moves to solve the case, after which they answer questions about the mystery to determine their success. The game guides players through a gripping narrative with unexpected twists while leaving all major decisions to the players.

Scoring / Victory Conditions
After using all 24 moves (or choosing to stop early):
Players answer a series of case questions.
Questions cover the culprit, motive, method, and key plot details.
More correct answers = better score.
A perfect score represents a completely solved case.
