Special Rules & Edge Cases

Plant Diversity

Your garden must contain at least 4 different types of plants among its 16 spaces. Strategic collection of varied plants is essential.

Water Management

Water tokens are a limited resource. Running out of water at critical moments can stall your garden’s progress while opponents advance.

Garden Party Spaces

Landing on a Garden Party space provides a rest bonus. The exact benefit varies by game variant.

Event Cards

Events can dramatically change the game state. Some events affect all players, while others target only the active player.

Stolen Plants

If an opponent steals a plant from your garden, you must refill that space with a new plant to complete your garden.
