Overview
Finca is a set-collection and delivery game set on Mallorca. Players move farmers around a windmill to harvest tropical fruits (figs, almonds, olives, oranges, grapes, and lemons), then deliver them to communities around the island. The windmill’s rondel mechanism determines both how far farmers move and how many fruits they collect. Deliveries earn fruit tiles worth victory points. The player with the most points when the last wooden finca is placed wins.

- 1 Game board (island of Mallorca with 10 regions and a central windmill)
- 12 Windmill blades
- 42 Fruit tiles (stacked 4 per region)
- 10 Finca tiles (1 per region)
- 16 Action tiles (4 per player)
- 4 Bonus tiles (values 4, 5, 6, 7)
- 8 Donkey carts
- 6 Wooden fincas
- 108 Fruits (18 each of 6 types: figs, almonds, olives, oranges, grapes, lemons)
- 20 Farmers (5 per player color)
Setup
- Place the board. Shuffle 12 windmill blades face-down; place face-up on windmill spaces.
- Shuffle 42 fruit tiles; make 10 stacks of 4, place 1 per region with top tile face-up. Return 2 extras to box unseen.
- Randomly place 1 finca tile per region on each community.
- Place wooden fincas nearby: 6 (4p), 5 (3p), 4 (2p).
- Sort 108 fruits by type as general supply.
- Each player takes 4 action tiles in their color.
- Each player takes farmers: 3 (4p), 4 (3p), 5 (2p).
- Stack bonus tiles: 4 on bottom, then 5, 6, 7 on top.
- Stack donkey carts in windmill center: 8 (4p), 6 (3p), 4 (2p).
Introduction Phase
Starting with the first player clockwise, each player places 1 farmer on any windmill blade and takes 1 matching fruit. Repeat until all farmers are placed.
Turn Structure
On your turn, choose exactly one of three options:
1. Move Farmer
- Choose one of your farmers on the windmill.
- Count total farmers (yours + opponents) on that blade. Move your farmer exactly that many blades clockwise.
- Count total farmers on the destination blade. Take that many fruits of the type shown on the destination blade from the supply.
- Crossing a dividing line: If your farmer crosses one of the two windmill dividing lines during movement, take 1 donkey cart from the center. (Cross both = take 2.)
- Fruit supply depleted: If not enough fruits of that type exist in the supply, ALL players return ALL fruits of that type to supply. Then take your allotment.
- Donkey cart supply depleted: If no carts remain, ALL players return ALL carts to center. Then take yours.
2. Deliver Fruit
- Return 1 donkey cart to the windmill center.
- Deliver fruits to one or more communities (max 6 fruits per turn).
- Each delivery must exactly match the requirements shown on the face-up fruit tile at that community.
- After delivering, return fruits to supply and take the fruit tiles. Flip the next tile in each affected stack face-up.
- Finca tile assignment: When the last fruit tile is taken from a community, the player with the most of that fruit type on their collected fruit tiles wins the finca tile (worth 5 VP). Ties: finca tile returned to box. Place a wooden finca on the community.
3. Use Action Tile
Play 1 of your 4 action tiles (each usable only once per game):
- Double move: After a normal farmer move, move one farmer again (same or different) and collect fruits. May earn donkey carts on both moves.
- Gust of wind: Place any farmer on any blade. Collect fruits normally, but NO donkey cart regardless of dividing lines crossed.
- Large donkey cart: Deliver up to 10 fruits instead of 6. Does not use a regular donkey cart.
- One fruit less: Deliver 1 fewer fruit than required (but cannot take a tile requiring exactly 1 fruit for free). Max delivery still applies.

Scoring / Victory Conditions
Game ends when the last wooden finca is placed. The active player finishes their turn (including additional finca tile assignments if triggered).

Bonus tiles: First player to collect 6 fruit tiles with values 1 through 6 immediately takes the top bonus tile (7). Subsequent players doing the same take the next tile. A player may earn a second bonus tile with a second complete set.
Tiebreaker: Most total fruits in play area. Still tied: shared victory.
Special Rules & Edge Cases
- Fruit reset: When supply of any fruit type is insufficient, ALL of that type are returned by ALL players, then the active player takes their allotment.
- Donkey cart reset: Same mechanism as fruit reset.
- Wild fruit symbol on fruit tiles: any single fruit type may be used to fulfill those requirements.
- Finca tile with 2 fruit types: Players sum both types to determine majority.
- Universal finca tile: Players sum ALL fruit tile values; highest total wins.
- Max 1 action tile per turn.
- One fruit less action: Cannot reduce a 1-fruit requirement to 0.
