Cootie is a children’s game where players roll a special die to collect bug parts and assemble a complete Cootie bug. The first player to build a complete Cootie wins. Parts must be collected in a specific order: body first, then head, then any remaining parts.
Players take turns rolling the Cootie cube. Each roll determines which part you can collect.
