Colony Delta: Earth vs. Sigma Draconis — A Colony World in the Balance is a two-player science fiction wargame. The game pits Terran colonists against the alien Sigmans in a conflict over control of a colony world. Players manage military forces, resources, and territorial control as they fight for dominance of the contested planet.

Setup
Place the colony world map in the center.
Each player takes their faction’s units (Terran or Sigman).
Deploy starting forces in designated territories.

Turn Structure
Each turn consists of:
Resource Phase: Collect resources from controlled territories.
Build Phase: Produce new units or structures using resources.
Movement Phase: Move military units across the map.
Combat Phase: Resolve battles in contested territories.
Control Phase: Update territorial control.

Collect Resources
Territories under your control generate resources each turn.
Resources are used to build units, repair damage, and fund operations.
Build Units
Spend resources to produce new military units.
Different unit types have different costs and combat capabilities.
Move
Move units from territory to territory up to their movement allowance.
Terrain may affect movement costs.
Combat
When opposing units occupy the same territory, combat occurs.
Resolve using the combat system (dice rolls modified by unit strength, terrain, and other factors).
Defeated units are eliminated or forced to retreat.
Scoring / Victory Conditions
Control victory: One player controls a majority of key territories or the entire colony.
Elimination: Destroy all enemy forces.
Point-based: Some scenarios may award victory points for territories held and units destroyed over a set number of turns.
Special Rules & Edge Cases
Asymmetric factions: Terrans and Sigmans have different unit types, strengths, and strategies.
Colony infrastructure: Some territories may contain valuable installations that provide bonuses to the controlling player.
