Setup
- Place the city board in the center.
- Each player selects a sorcerer character with unique starting abilities.

Turn Structure
On your turn:
- Move your sorcerer through the city.
- Encounter — resolve whatever is at your location (shops, events, monsters, or other sorcerers).
- Cast spells or use abilities as appropriate.
- Manage resources — buy, sell, or trade items.

Acquire Spells

Collect Artifacts
- Find or purchase powerful artifacts that enhance your sorcerer’s abilities.

Recruit Allies

Combat
- Battle monsters or rival sorcerers using dice modified by spells, artifacts, and allies.

Scoring / Victory Conditions
The game ends after a set number of rounds or when a specific condition is met. Players score points based on:

- Allies recruited

The sorcerer with the most points wins, becoming the ruling sorcerer of the city.
