Overview

Banana Express is a children’s dexterity and racing game for 2-4 players. Players race to be the first to collect bananas while overcoming three obstacles: the snake landslide, the palm tree carousel, and the adventure bridge. The game features a three-dimensional board with moving mechanical elements that create excitement and suspense.

Components

Setup

  1. Assemble the 3D game board with all mechanical obstacles in place.
  2. Each player chooses a caterpillar figure.
  3. Place all caterpillars at the starting position.
  4. Ensure all obstacle mechanisms are functioning properly.

Turn Structure

On each turn:

  1. Roll the die or spin the spinner.
  2. Move your caterpillar forward the indicated number of spaces.
  3. If you land on or pass through an obstacle, resolve it.
  4. Collect bananas when landing on banana spaces.

Actions

Scoring / Victory Conditions

The first player to collect the required number of bananas or reach the finish wins. As caterpillars grow by collecting segments, one will eventually reach the top of the board. The banana slides down, other players’ caterpillars crash, and the winner is determined.
