Alpha Nature is an educational trivia and word game where players move through the letters of the alphabet from A to Z, answering nature-themed questions along the way. Players advance one space at a time across the board and must name items from nature beginning with the letter they land on, in a category determined by a die roll. The game includes two difficulty levels, making it suitable for families with children as young as 8.
On each turn, a player:
When landing on a letter space, roll the 8-sided die. The die determines which of the following nature categories applies:
| Die Result | Category |
|---|---|
| 1 | Trees |
| 2 | Edible Plants |
| 3 | Space |
| 4 | Animals |
| 5 | Water |
| 6 | Flowers |
| 7 | Land |
| 8 | Any category |
The player must name something from the selected category that starts with the letter on the space they occupy. For example, landing on “E” and rolling “Animals” requires naming an animal starting with E (e.g., “Elephant”).
No repeats: A player may not name something that has already been used by any player during the game.
Between letter spaces are Alpha Nature card spaces. Landing on one requires the player to draw a card and answer its question correctly to advance to the next letter space. Cards come in two difficulty levels:
The first player to move through the entire alphabet from A to Z and reach the finish wins the game.
